Does fasted training really burn more fat?

Early alarm, quick coffee, straight onto the trainer. If that sounds like your morning, you're not alone. Lots of us ride fasted, often because we've heard it burns more fat.

So does it?

That's the question Jenny's tackling this week. The short answer is that it's more complicated than it sounds, and how you fuel those early sessions can change how you ride, how you recover and how you feel for the rest of the day.

She's also sharing a recipe from her recent trip to Japan: a miso tofu ramen 🍜🍜 that's warming, full of flavour and easy to make at home. This week's full tip and recipe are available to Training LITE and Training FULL members.

Jenny's full tip and recipe are for Training LITE and FULL members. If you've been wanting a bit more structure and support in your riding, LITE is a good place to start. There's a place for you in the Collective, whatever stage you're at.
